Califone cassettes are built for reliability and consistent performance in demanding environments. Standard features include cue and review, fast forward and rewind, pause, 2X counter and full auto stop. All recorders have a built-in electret microphone, inputs for an optional remote stop/start microphone and are battery (six C batteries- not included) and AC operated. C-UL and CE approved. This model is larger than the 3132. It was designed for groups of up to seven students for language, literature and science study. Standing the player upright on it's cord wrap focuses the Directional Sound at the audience for effective classroom presentations. This exclusive Califone feature aids in distributing the sound to the students and not the celing.
